The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in VR technologies immersive experiences and interactive application development. This role requires a strong technical background creativity and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality VR projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of VR applications simulations and interactive experiences. Collaborate with designers developers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Architect and implement scalable VR solutions ensuring high performance and usability. Stay up-to-date with emerging VR technologies tools and industry trends recommending new approaches where applicable. Mentor and guide junior VR developers and specialists providing technical guidance and best practices. Conduct testing and quality assurance of VR applications to ensure reliability and optimal user experience. Optimize VR environments for multiple platforms including desktop mobile and standalone VR devices. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Document development processes workflows and technical specifications. Required Skills and Qualifications 12 years of professional experience in VR development or a closely related field. Strong proficiency in VR platforms such as Unity3D Unreal Engine or similar. Expertise in 3D modeling animation and immersive environment design. Experience with VR hardware including headsets (Oculus HTC Vive etc.) motion controllers and tracking systems. Solid understanding of computer graphics real-time rendering and performance optimization. Familiarity with programming languages such as C# C or Python. Strong problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication leadership and team collaboration abilities. Experience in managing complex VR projects and mentoring technical teams. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles for immersive applications is a plus.
