Visa Direct is an exciting payment solution that Visa provides to clients tofacilitatea fast & frictionless money movement around the world.The ideal candidate is a highly analytical individual withpreviousbusiness experience.Responsibilities:Drive development of next generationproductthatfocuseson value added servicesin the commercial money movement space.Engage insolutioning ofboth core and value-added servicesfor Visa Direct NA clients.Candidate will helpestablishadoption and growth of Visa Direct productsin North Americastarting with product readiness assessment, technical solutioningincluding deep dive into API specifications, support go-live launches, etc.Manage periodic updates to product documentation and collaborate with global stakeholders on communication impacts includingdevelopmentof FAQs, internalmemos,andVisa Business News (VBNs) articles.Engage early in the product development process to provide input in the design and development stage; manage business requirements documentation review and work with product owners to build out functional specs for deeper dive into new features.Partner with cross functional teams across Product, Sales, Solutions and Client Services to plan andexecute oncommunication/training for upcoming productchanges.Be GenAI advocateand power user todrive efficiency in product development and clientsolutioningprocessesof North America Visa Direct organization.Engage in data driven decision making in product development process using tools like Tableau, GBI (MicroStrategy), etc.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics,Computer Science,Information Systems,or related fieldgraduatingMay2025 - August 2026.Preferred Qualifications:Self-motivated, results driven, with the ability to quicklyestablishclear, wellthought outaction plans.Strong clear and concise written and spoken communications and the ability todemonstrateprofessional judgment.Drive deliverables to completion under tight deadlines.Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to process and summarizelarge amountsof data into key strategic insights.Experience working with tools like Tableau, GBI (MicroStrategy), etc.Experience with GenAIAbility to form hypotheses on clientissueroot causes andvalidatethinking quickly using data.Ability to work independently or as part of a cross functional team.Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of product development life cycle through experience or formal education.Working knowledge of APIsincluding use ofpostmanor equivalent tools.Additional InformationU.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $88,000 USD whichmay include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
