Visual Deployment Supervisor at Best Buy

Job DescriptionAs the Visual Deployment Supervisor youll be responsible for day-to-day management and execution of a team of visual deployment specialists. Your projects will take place across Best Buy retail and distribution center locations In this role youll help maintain consistency efficiency and quality of work completed by employees and third-party partners through inspection and validation.What youll doOversee the day-to-day operations of multiple assigned projects including scheduling upholding merchandising standards managing expenses and following safety guidelinesManage direct reports including interviewing hiring corrective action and performance developmentConduct regular reviews with technicians and drive employee development to close performance gapsEnsures specialists are using approved tools in a safe manner and following all safety guidelinesMaintain clean professional and safe workspacesDevelop and maintain pertinent partnerships in support of driving business results Basic qualifications6 months of consumer electronics or retail experienceAbility to travel up to 75% of the yearEligibility to maintain a Best Buy corporate travel card in good standing Preferred qualifications1 year of experience as a leader in business military or other fields.2 years of experience in merchandising media or functionality.
