Vocational Case Manager of B.E.S.T. at Community Living

About the Role:Were looking for a caring organized and motivated Vocational Case Manager to support individuals in our B.E.S.T. (Building Employment Skills Training) this role youll help participants build job skills gain confidence and prepare for competitive employment. Youll also connect participants with volunteer opportunities in the community and make recommendations based on their progress.What Youll Do:Help create person-centered plans for each participantManage your schedule and caseload to ensure quality servicesCoordinate volunteer sites based on participants goalsComplete monthly reports and maintain program documentationEnsure compliance with all funding and accreditation requirementsTrack data for billing and reportingMeet monthly billable hour expectationsProvide transportation when neededStay up to date on all required trainingsPerform other duties as assignedWhat Were Looking For:High school diploma or GED (Bachelors in social services or related field preferred)Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plusStrong communication decision-making and leadership skillsAbility to write and document professionallyTeam player with good listening and comprehension skillsComfortable using online job search tools and Microsoft OfficeAble to manage multiple caseloads and stay organizedValid drivers license requiredWorking Conditions:Flexible schedule depending on participant and employer needs (may include evenings or weekends)Work may take place indoors or outdoors in varying temperaturesMay need to assist participants physically or operate light equipmentModerate physical activity (lifting up to 50lbs occasionally)Before You Start:All candidates must pass a:Criminal background checkFamily Care Safety Registry checkMotor Vehicle Report (with proof of insurance)Community Living is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal state and local fair employment practices laws.
