Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Free food & snacks We are looking for a few high energy folks to help with our current summer league. We play on Sundays 3pm-5pm. This is a 1 hour pracitce followed by 1 hour of games. You must have a love for the sport and enjoy helping others learn and develop. During Practice, you will run drills we provide for you and during games you will manage the rotation and cheer your aligned team on. We are all about FUN! The Volunteer Coach is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the court or field. ResponsibilitiesLead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun. We provide weekly practice plans for you to keep it structured. Teach & demonstarate core concepts including Sportsmanship valuesWith the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parentsConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skillsQualificationsExcellent communication skillsSports-specific coaching experience & knowledgeHighly motivated a self-starter; can work independentlyAbility to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)Be sure to opt-in to texting so we can reach out to you!
