Job DescriptionJob DescriptionVolunteer Coordinator- Community HealthThe Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the directing and organizing of Parker's Community Health Volunteer Programs.In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment, selection, orientation, assignment, and ongoing supervision of the volunteers in Parker's Community Health volunteer program. You will interact and collaborate with families to determine the need for new volunteer services, and provide community outreach to expand volunteer opportunities for the program, among other related duties.This position is a key administrative role within the organization, with the ability to make an impact and offers a significant personal and professional opportunity to join a world-renowned health care organization.
