DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced VP/Director of Finance to join our client's team in Anderson, South Carolina. This role is pivotal in overseeing financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence within a textile manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial planning and analysis, coupled with a collaborative and strategic mindset.Responsibilities:• Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate financial statements, management reports, and lender compliance documentation.• Develop and maintain reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.• Manage lender relationships and ensure compliance with all associated requirements.• Create and implement strategies for cash flow management and working capital optimization.• Monitor cash balances and forecasts to ensure financial stability.• Direct departmental workflows, oversee project management, and provide insights through ad hoc analyses.• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws and regulations, maintaining full compliance.• Execute and supervise tax strategies, ensuring alignment with applicable laws.• Oversee insurance programs and manage relationships with providers.• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful financial audits.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.• At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on manufacturing.• Proven track record as a Controller, managing comprehensive financial reporting cycles.• Expertise in financial modeling and strategic planning.• Prior experience in a VP Finance role, including oversight of HR, benefits, legal, insurance, and administrative functions.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial results and identify key business drivers.• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of an executive team.• Efficient and adaptable individual, committed to achieving goals and meeting deadlines.Job typePerm
