VP Implementation Program Manager at SmartX Advisory Solutions

OverviewSMArtX Advisory Solutions is seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President Implementation Program Manager to lead complex client onboarding and solution implementation projects. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and operational execution ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements. The VP will partner closely with internal stakeholders client representatives and implementation consultants to define and manage project scope timelines and success metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & SchedulingCollaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to define clear project scopes timelines and deliverables.Create comprehensive project plans that align with business goals and resource availability.Facilitate discovery and configuration sessions with clients to ensure full alignment on project needs and expectations.Project Execution & TrackingDrive the execution of project plans ensuring milestones are met within scope time and budget.Continuously monitor progress and proactively address deviations or risks.Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and resource demands.Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams throughout all phases of the project.Ensure consistent transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.Manage project expectations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.Executive-Level ReportingPrepare and deliver comprehensive status reports presentations and dashboards for internal leadership and clients.Synthesize technical and operational updates into executive-friendly summaries highlighting progress challenges and decisions.Problem ResolutionAddress project-related issues quickly and collaboratively leveraging internal subject matter experts.Resolve bottlenecks with a solutions-focused mindset and client-first orientation.Methodology & Process ImprovementApply SMArtXs in-house project management methodology contributing to its ongoing development.Recommend process improvements based on retrospectives lessons learned and industry best practices.Drive adoption of standardized processes and tools across the implementation team.Team CollaborationPartner with the Senior Implementation Solution Consultant to drive collaborative solution design and planning.Provide leadership mentorship and direction to project contributors to ensure cohesive execution.Client SolutioningUnderstand key platform and functional concepts at SMArtX so as to be able to drive and be a key contributor to determining solutions for clients using the available technologies and tools SMArtX provides.Preferred Qualifications10 years of experience in project management preferably in SaaS FinTech or wealth management software.Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level client onboarding or implementation projects.Strong understanding of financial technology platforms and investment workflows.Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.PMP PMI-ACP or equivalent project management certification preferred.Experience with API technologies such as Postman and Swagger.
