Job DescriptionWe are seeking a VP Managing Directoron the Capital One (COF) account who would be at the forefront of driving media strategy for a major line of business (LOB) w/ an approximate budget of $200MM while also providing senior oversight for crucial sub campaigns and non-sports sponsorships.We require a strategic thinker who can inspire a team build trusted client relationships drive innovative and integrated media solutions in a complex and fast-paced environment. Provide unwavering strategic guidance to both COF and your dedicated team of approximately 8 media professionals.Partner seamlessly with other VP Managing Directors to drive synergy and strategic alignment across all COF LOBs. The role is critical in creating a holistic enterprise-wide view of all deliverables establishing best practices and co-authoring compelling Enterprise thought leadership.Leverage deep expertise in both traditional and emerging media platforms to architect comprehensive multi-channel strategies. Candidate is expected to be a source of solid strategic guidance consistently bringing new ideas and forward-thinking approaches to the table.Cultivate and nurture deeply rooted relationships built on trust and strategic value across all appropriate client levels internal agency departments media partners and partner agencies.Command all phases of Horizons strategic approach managing the day-to-day operations of the BST to ensure consistent high-quality client deliverables and instill absolute confidence in our integrated model.Foster a culture of holistic collaborative thinking within the team.
