DescriptionThe Card Marketing Acquisition Capabilities Area is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development of innovative products and capabilities within the Card organization. This role offers significant leadership visibility and the opportunity to own a key product area that drives business growth.As the Product Manager you will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering design and business partnersto deliver exceptional customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication analytical and interpersonal skills and a passion for digital innovation. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to keeping Chase Credit Cards at the forefront of the acquisitions landscape.Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and roadmap that delivers value to customers with a focus on ensuring Chase is at leading edge of digital capabilities.Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer problems target customer segments and solutions to solve those problems.Owns maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.Collaborate with design engineering research and marketing teams to drive new features and optimization of existing ones.Integrate data analytics product metrics user experience research competitive and market analysis and company goals to drive prioritization of initiatives.Identify and champion new ideas across key customer journeys to increase customer satisfaction and engagement and ensure consistency for the customer across channels.Understand manage and communicate prioritization of features with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs.Manage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met set and manage expectations through effective written and oral communicationRequired qualifications capabilities and skills5 years of experience in product management preferably with experience in credit cards or digital bankingAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value managementExperience collaborating with UX design and researchDemonstrable experience authoring business requirements defining user stories and execution including bringing together cross functional teams within an Agile development frameworkExperience in defining and building out product roadmap prioritizing the backlogRequired Experience:Exec Key Skills Business Intelligence,Digital Marketing,Direct Marketing,Google Analytics,Network Optimization,SQL,Google AdWords,PMP,SEO,Affiliate Marketing,Creative Thinking,Search Engine Marketing,Technical Skills,Client Management,Statistical Analysis Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
