If this is something you are looking for, we'd love to have you on board!Position Description:We are looking for a dedicated and exceptional VP Risk Management & Claims for our SNF in Toms River, NJ . This is a full-time, hybrid position, Monday through Friday from 9am- 5pm.Qualifications of the VP Risk Management & Claims:10+ years' experience in risk management, insurance, or claims leadership. Strong expertise in GL/PL, EL/EPLI, SIRs, deductibles, aggregates, and insurance program structures. Proven track record managing large claim portfolios and legal spend.Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel and data-management capability.Experienced working with Legal, Finance, brokers, carriers, counsel, and TPAs.Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to lead cross-functional risk initiatives. Responsibilities of the VP Risk Management & Claims:Oversee all claims, exposures, reserves, and insurance program utilisation.Approve and manage claim-related invoices, legal spend, and budgeting workflows.Track and report key insurance metrics (SIRs, deductibles, premiums, aggregates).Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs of all claims and incidents.Analyse trends in claim frequency, severity, settlements, and defence costs.Provide timely reports and risk insights to Legal, Finance, brokers, carriers, TPAs, and counsel.Drive risk-management strategy, controls, and process improvements.If you're a skilled and experienced VP Risk Management & Claims looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in our SNF we want YOU to apply!
