This role requires a rare combination of deep server hardware expertise, strategic business leadership, and the ability to guide high-impact technology initiatives across the rapidly expanding IT and AI infrastructure markets. Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth, market expansion, and the success of Supermicro's next generation of data center and AI solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:What You'll Do* Lead and grow a global Technology Enablement team, serving as both technical and business owner for strategic initiatives.* Manage and strengthen complex partnerships with major technology ecosystem partners to deliver next-generation Data Center Building Block Solutions (DCBBS).* Identify new technology trends, market opportunities, and customer use cases across AI/ML, deep learning, enterprise, telecom, edge, and cloud computing.* Promote Supermicro's energy-efficient, green computing innovations worldwide, ensuring exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction.* Drive cross-functional collaboration and solve complex challenges with urgency and clarity.* Apply deep expertise in server, storage, and data center technologies to guide product direction and partnership strategies.* Represent Supermicro with strong executive presence and communication across internal teams, customers, and C-level stakeholders.* Travel as needed to support customer, partner, and industry engagements.Qualifications:What You'll Bring* Bachelor's degree in engineering; Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred.* 17+ years of experience in IT or semiconductor industries in roles such as product/program/project management, pre-sales, alliance management, business development, or solution enablement preferred.* Strong understanding of hardware acceleration, AI/ML workloads, HPC, and enterprise/cloud infrastructure.* Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.* Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives.* A track record of driving results, navigating competitive landscapes, and winning strategic opportunities.* High resilience, passion, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Salary Range$270,000 - $288,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
