These engagements should focus on client strategies as well as their project performance and financing needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesKnowledgeable of debt and deposit servicesEstablish sales plans for new and existing clients including cross-selling of Regions various products and servicesFocus on client servicing and portfolio administrationThis position is incentive eligible.This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsSeven (7) years of commercial real estate banking experience preferredCollege degree required preferably in Real Estate Finance or EconomicsSkills and CompetenciesAbility to effectively prioritize multiple assignmentsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and a positive team-oriented approach to achieving goals and objectivesStrong negotiation skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe VP or SVP Relationship Manager will have a well-established customer network and in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta and State of Georgia Commercial Real Estate Markets.This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidates qualifications and relevant experience.Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
