Under the supervision of the Director the Staff Pharmacist is responsible for assuring the drug therapy needs of the patient are met. There are five major areas of responsibility for the staff/clinical pharmacist. clinical pharmacy drug distribution teaching administrative duties and conducting research. Compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws regulations and policies governing the provision of health care. Familiar with unit dose IV admixtures computer skills technical and clinical pharmacy practice. Must be self-directed and have excellent communication skills.
