Apply today for the Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position in Westminster, CA!ResponsibilitiesImplement ABA therapy techniques and interventions  Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy for skill and social development Set up an exciting environment for the client, complete with therapy materials Attend team meetings to track progress and discuss treatment plans Use data collection tools to measure outcomes Collaborate with the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to adjust treatment plans Provide support and guidance to the client's family Document session notes and complete required paperwork   Required SkillsExperience working with childrenExposure to children/adults with Autism  Must reside in Orange CountyAbility to work in-clinic, in-school, and in-home settings  Must be willing to drive 25 miles (average of 30 minutes) from the office Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insuranceAbility to be active and sit on the ground for long periods of timeWilling to complete a TB test and Background screeningRBT certification preferred  Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean preferredBachelor's degree or working towards education in Child Development, Psychology, or related field preferred
