Job Description
As a Warehouse Asset Protection Area Manager youll be responsible for the overall function of the companys asset protection procedures in your assigned supply chain location. Youll collaborate with all levels of the team to ensure the facility and its employees are safe and this role youll communicate and work across departments as needed to maintain efficient operations and protect the facility.What youll doEngage with facility leadership through monthly recaps and by participating in inventory health and leadership rhythmsHire train and coach the front desk and gate house teamsConduct shift review and follow-up related to incident reporting and alarm activityOversee facility access control badging and metal detector proceduresConducts applicable facility safety environmental and security assessmentsAssist with investigations of inbound and outbound shortage issuesBasic qualifications2 years of asset protection experience2 years of supervisory or leadership experiencePreferred qualifications2 years of experience in retail or distribution operationsLoss prevention certification (LPC)Whats in it for youWere committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
