As part of our warehouse team youll play an essential role in ensuring our customers receive the products and solutions that keep their businesses running smoothly.Whats The OpportunityWe are seeking a reliable hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse this role you will assist with receiving storing picking packing and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately. You will help maintain an organized and safe work environment while supporting day-to-day warehouse functions that drive the overall success of our operations.What Will You DoEssential Functions(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)Receive and inspect incoming shipments checking for damage or discrepancies.Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery or customer collection.Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment (e.g. pallet jack forklift).Ensure all stock is stored safely and in the correct designated locations.Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks to maintain accurate records.Maintain a clean orderly warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.Report issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track goods and update inventory records.Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a warehouse setting which may require working in varying temperatures (hot in summer and cold in winter).
