Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and staging customer orders for shipment. This role involves using RF scanners and warehouse systems, performing basic computer work in NetSuite, and handling inventory and palletized freight. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks based on order urgency.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Stage orders efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Perform basic computer work in NetSuite.
• Handle inventory and palletized freight with precision.

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Forklift operation preferred (sit-down and stand-up).
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Basic data entry and computer literacy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and material handling.
• Proficiency in loading and unloading.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse settings.

Work Environment

The work environment is a distribution center with a smaller team setting. The role operates during the 1st Shift from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
