Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

We're hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, material movement, and order fulfillment. If you're experienced with forklifts and enjoy a hands-on role, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company.

Responsibilities

• Package products (skids, crates, boxes) and complete shipping paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with kitting, staging, and repackaging materials
• Dispose of wood, plastic, metal, and other materials properly
• Update bin locations and track inventory in SAP
• Perform routine equipment inspections
• Operate turret truck forklifts for order picking
• Operate sit-down forklifts for material movement
• Load/unload trucks and inspect incoming parts
• Move scrap materials to designated disposal areas

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse distribution, shipping/receiving, or material handling
• Skilled in packaging, inventory control, and order picking
• Certified or experienced with sit-down and turret truck forklifts
• Familiarity with warehouse systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and safety

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.48 - $21.42/hr.
