Lets shape tomorrow - itll be a fun journey!Warehouse Associate Position SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently handling moving loading and unloading materials using manual processes or material handling equipment (MHE). This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping receiving inventory control and order fulfillment.What You Bring to the RoleExperienced individual contributor with the ability to work independently under limited supervisionStrong attention to detail with proven experience in shipping receiving logistics warehouse operations or inventory controlAbility to train and support junior team members; may serve as a lead in daily workflowCapable of solving moderately complex problems through analysis and sound judgmentSkilled in explaining procedures policies and best practices to cross-functional partnersProvides senior-level administrative or technical support related to warehouse and logistics functionsWorks within established procedures but can determine methods for new assignmentsMay act as an informal team leader to support workflow and operational accuracyQualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent experience with 3 years of relevant functional experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of warehouse logistics or material handling experience (senior-level preferred)Strong understanding of warehouse operations with the ability to perform a wide range of tasksProficiency with Microsoft Office warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking toolsExperience using material handling equipment (MHE) preferredThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $35000.00 - $52600.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards including merit increases annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives.
