Job Title: Warehouse Associate I Location: Dothan AL Duration: 2 Months Job Type: Contract Maximum Submissions per Supplier: 3 Note: Start Times Monday through Friday 11:00 AM until done receiving department. Refrigerated Warehouse Operations Top Required Skills: Ability to read and understand English Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills Basic math skills Must-Have Skills: Ability to read product descriptions names and shelf labels Basic mathematical skills Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities Ability to follow detailed instructions and use good judgment Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventory Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area Nice-to-Have Skills: Basic computer knowledge Experience using RF devices Experience working in refrigerated or variable-temperature environments Key Responsibilities & Duties: Receive pick stock ship and organize inventory; verify shipments inspect materials and report discrepancies. Assemble customer orders by pulling items preparing totes entering orders/returns into the system and ensuring accurate fulfillment. Stock shelves maintain inventory accuracy complete cycle counts and assist with inventory procedures. Inspect returned items and return goods to proper locations. Use RF devices for picking tasks and follow all policies safety rules and DEA regulations. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned including working in refrigerated environments when needed. Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand walk bend reach twist kneel and perform repetitive motions. Ability to operate in a production-driven high-accuracy environment and manage stressful situations. Ability to work in hot cold or refrigerated environments for full shifts. Ability to use a box cutter safely and maintain visual accuracy (close distance peripheral and focus adjustment). Must be at least able to work overtime and support physical inventory processes.
