Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a warehouse associate to join their team. As a warehouse associate, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting efficient and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job title: Warehouse-Picker Packer

Location: Syracuse, NY

Pay range: $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Shift: Various shifts available, including morning and evening shifts to accommodate different schedules.

What's the job?

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and WAV safely
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
