Join our team today.Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Associate.Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and some overtime as needed.ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy motorize material handling equipment in a safe mannerAccurately pull and prepare orders for shipmentReceive verify stage and stock all incoming materialCoordinate the removal and replacement of worn componentsEffectively put items away and receive them in WMS (Warehouse Management System)Must adhere to all safety regulations including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.QualificationsA background in warehouse operations including shipping receiving delivery and inventory is preferredProduct knowledge or the ability to quickly learn itGeneral computer skills for basic data entryForklift Operator experience is strongly preferredRequires working outdoors exposed to all weather conditions and temperaturesAbility to carry objects that are up to 50 lbs by hand and 50 lbs or more by using equipment*Pre-employment drug and background screening required*At Ferguson we care for each other.
