Customer Service/Warehouse AssociateBENEFITS: Medical Dental Vision 401K Shift: 7:30-4:30 with a 1-hour meal breakCompensation: $26/hrAHF Products has a job opportunity for a CSR/Warehouse Associate to be located in Silverthorne CO. Reporting to the Branch Manager the CSR/Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day sales activities of the branch.JOB DUTIES: Provide clients with an unsurpassed level of customer service expertise and convenience throughout the sales and completion process.âAlways maintain a professional appearance and attitude.âAnswer phones and greet clients as they enter the customer service area.âProcess customer orders efficiently and accurately.âEnsure that all orders are updated with the proper status code(s).âMaintain the open order/quote reports follow up on backorders.âCall customers to communicate on order status and ETAs.âLiaison with outside sales reps. and managers.âSolve customer problems with a sense of urgency and accuracy.âCommunicate effectively with customers and co-workers.âSchedule delivery and reminder calls to customers.âComplete projects or assignments as delegated by the supervisor.âBack up to other positions within the department when needed.âMaintain an organized clean and efficient work area and work environment.âScan all paperwork into Imaging (POs receivers PODs).âFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures rules and regulations.âProcess package and ship orders accurately and in a timely manner.âOrganize stock and maintain inventory and supply rotating inventory as necessary.âAccurately examine incoming and outgoing shipments to vendors customers etc.âRestocking shelves by forklift ladders or by hand.âAssist with inventory control as needed.âHave an energetic outgoing and friendly mannerâAbide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.âBe willing to learn new tasks and responsibilities and must be able to adapt to change.âTake initiative and work well with minimal supervision.âAbility to solve customer problems with shipments and orders.âProcess paperwork necessary for transferring inventory to maintain proper inventory documentation.âBeing comfortable with a computer is required.âPerform cycle countsAny other duties as assignedJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Must be 18 years of age.âForklift certification or can train to learn the skill.âHigh school diploma or equivalentâDistribution environment experience preferred.âExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail.âPositive attitude and strong work ethic.âGood interpersonal skills in dealing with employees.âMust be able to work overtime as necessary.âGreat communication skills with ability to relate to a wide variety of customers from homeowners to builders to architects & designers.âStrong problem-solving skills.âSelf-driven with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.âExcellent relationship selling/customer focused sales abilities.âSolution oriented with exceptional follow through.âGood basic math skills (including ability to take accurate measurements)âProficient with Windows based computer applications.âAbility to perform well in a detail oriented fast paced environment.âMust be able to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test physical and background check.âPHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequently working in extreme weather conditions (hot and cold).âOccasionally you will be expected to lift up to 50-75 pounds.âOccasionally working outside for a certain period of time.âMENTAL DEMANDS:Think analyticallyMake decisionsDevelop options and implement solutionsWork with a teamMaintain regular and punctual attendance (consistent with ADA and/or FMLA)Attention to detailCommunicate effectivelyMultitask in a fast-paced environmentWork with a Sense of UrgencyAHF PRODUCTS:AHF Products provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race color religion age sex national origin disability status genetics protected veteran status sexual orientation gender identity or expression or any other characteristic protected by federal state or local laws.AHF Products is a leading hard surface flooring manufacturer in the USA with a family of trusted brands serving the residential and commercial hardwood tile and vinyl flooring markets.
