We invite passionate individuals to join our team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesMATERIAL HANDLING & STORAGEReceive unload and check incoming materials verifying identity quantity and condition.Store and organize materials in designated areas ensuring inventory accuracy and accessibility.Deliver raw materials parts and components to production areas as required.Maintain assigned storage areas in a neat orderly and safe condition.EQUIPMENT OPERATIONSafely operate forklifts pallet jacks aisle stackers dollies and other powered or manual material handling equipment.Operate overhead cranes from booth or floor controls to move heavy materials and equipment as required.Perform daily equipment inspection and basic preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles.INVENTORY & DOCUMNTATIONComplete and maintain accurate records including packing slips bills of lading shipping/receiving forms and inventory logs.Assist with cycle counts and other inventory control activities to support accuracy and efficiency.Report shortages defects or non-standard material conditions to supervision promptly.SAFETY HOUSEKEEPING & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTFollow all safety environmental and quality guidelines related to warehouse operations.Maintain clean organized and safe work areas in accordance with 5S principles.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team-driven problem-solving.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.Basic math skills (addition subtraction multiplication)Forklift certification or willingness to obtain requiredExperienceSix to Twelve (6-12) months of experience in warehouse shipping/receiving or material handling preferred.Experience operating forklifts cranes or other material handling equipment is desirable.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyReliable safety-conscious and able to work effectively in team environment.Working ConditionsWork performed in manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to temperature extremes noise dust and moving equipment.Requires standing walking bending and lifting to 50 lbs.Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as directed.Must be able to work various shifts or overtime as needed to support productionWage Rate:The starting wage for Warehouse Attendant is $27.75 per hour with a shift differential of $1.20 per hour for 2nd and 3rd Shifts.
