Warehouse Clerk

Kelly is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Gilbert, AZ to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with inventory, and ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving processes.

The responsibilities include:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Package and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution
  • Load and unload trucks and organize materials within the warehouse
  • Pick and fill orders accurately for distribution to customers/patients
  • Complete and verify paperwork including requisitions, packing slips, and purchase orders
  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts
  • Clean, sterilize, and perform minor maintenance on equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or documentation

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Inventory management experience
  • Knowledge of DOT/FDA regulations (a plus)
  • Experience in healthcare or equipment-based environments
  • Forklift or material handling experience

Physical requirements include:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to push/pull carts and equipment
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
  • Must wear required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, etc.)
