JOB DESCRIPTION
Warehouse Clerk
Kelly is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Gilbert, AZ to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with inventory, and ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving processes.
The responsibilities include:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Package and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution
- Load and unload trucks and organize materials within the warehouse
- Pick and fill orders accurately for distribution to customers/patients
- Complete and verify paperwork including requisitions, packing slips, and purchase orders
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts
- Clean, sterilize, and perform minor maintenance on equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or documentation
Preferred qualifications include:
- Inventory management experience
- Knowledge of DOT/FDA regulations (a plus)
- Experience in healthcare or equipment-based environments
- Forklift or material handling experience
Physical requirements include:
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to push/pull carts and equipment
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
- Must wear required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, etc.)
