This position works out of our Itasca, IL location in Abbott Molecular Diagnostics. Abbott Molecular Diagnostics is a leader in molecular diagnostics and the analysis of DNA, RNA, and proteins at the molecular level.

The position of Warehouse Coordinator, under direct supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse.

What You'll Work On

• Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
• Ensure proper routing of materials is maintained while transporting the materials between departments.
• Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records.
• Retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example, on stock transfer, inventory levels or delivery schedules).
• Perform other routine clerical activities according to the organization's established procedures.
• These activities may include updating stock cards and inventory records and completing receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma
• Individual must possess an in department knowledge of warehousing/distribution functions which include receiving, storage and retrieval of commodities.

The base pay for this position is $20.35 $40.65 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
