Warehouse Coordinator at Rmp Temps

TempDuties:Maintain InventoryOrganize and maintain inventory and stock control. TheyEnsure that the storage areas and warehouse is kept clean and tidy which includes identifying areas where processes could be improved and work practices amended.Monitor the performance of staff and raise any issues or further training requirements. Track the performance of the warehouse overall to ensure that it is running smoothly.Monitor ShipmentsResponsible for monitoring shipments and deliveries which are maintained via an item record and documents.Utilize reports to maintain knowledge of the warehouse project statuses.Communicate with Customers and ClientsCommunicate with customers should there are any issues with a delivery them to resolve the problem and ensure that the orders are fulfilled.Warehouse Lead Skills and Qualifications:Strong people management skills work well as part of a team are able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.Provide clear verbal or written instructions so that the expectations of employee roles are understood.Strong numeracy skills to carry out these tasks efficiently.Customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving dispatching and in the quality of goods.Assist their team when necessary and are polite and helpful at all times to ensure a smooth running of the warehouse.Motivate their team provide guidance and delegate tasks which requires strong leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:1. High school graduate or equivalent.2. Minimum of 2 years in related field3. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills4. Must have moderate computer skills including working knowledge of Word and Excel.5.
