Job DescriptionJob Description Let’s Get Right to It Do you thrive around fast-moving production lines and busy warehouses? Can you switch from fine-tuning a machine to safely running a sit-down forklift without missing a beat? If so, read on. Your Core Responsibilities Set up and operate simple-to-advanced manufacturing equipment to hit throughput targets.Keep machines and production gear clean; complete general maintenance as needed.Record production and quality information precisely in logs, ledgers, and tracking tools.Use a calculator, adding machine, and industrial scale to determine gross, tare, and net weights accurately.Prep packaging materials: thoroughly clean boxes, lids, and skids; fill out box tickets neatly and correctly.Operate forklifts and aerial lifts safely; ensure material flow stays consistent by supplying systems via sit‑down forklift.Retrieve, stage, and store materials in designated areas while keeping the warehouse orderly and clean.Communicate clearly with teammates; attend shift meetings and ongoing training.Maintain responsibility for the company-issued toolbox and tools. Must-Haves 2 years of forklift experience (mandatory).Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 65 pounds.Troubleshooting mindset with strong prioritization under deadlines.Detail orientation and the ability to multitask effectively.Comfort standing, walking, stooping, and bending up to 80% of the shift, with or without accommodations.Clear communicator with a very strong work ethic.Able to stand for extended periods and repeatedly get on/off a forklift each shift.
