Schedule Wednesday Sunday

• WednesdaySunday | 40 hrs/week
• WedFri: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
• SatSun: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Days Off: Monday & Tuesday
• Overtime: May be available on Tuesdays based on business needs

Or Schedule Saturday Wednesday

• Saturday Wednesday | 40 hrs/week
• SatSun: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Mon Wed: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
• Days Off: Thursday & Friday

Role Overview

Support warehouse operations by picking, packing, loading, and unloading product. This role helps bridge staffing gaps and reduce overtime for permanent employees.

Work Environment

• 65,000 sq. ft. non-automated distribution center
• Not climate controlled (hot in summer, cold in winter)
• Walk 69 miles per shift
• Strong safety culture (nearly 2 years injury-free)
• RF gun system in use; automation launching mid-January

Job Duties & Physical Requirements

• Pick, pack, load, and unload product using push carts
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse roles
• Occasional ladder use
• Lift 1015 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs for a small portion of items
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience required

Training & Expectations

• Orientation and facility tour on Day 1
• Structured training and coaching for 90 days
• Attendance is critical, especially during the first few weeks
