JOB DESCRIPTION
Hiring a Warehouse Lead / Supervisor in Camp Hill, PA!
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations. This role involves leading a small team, ensuring safe and efficient material handling, and supporting accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and has experience working in an industrial or distribution environment with wire, cable, or heavy materials.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping of industrial wire and related products.
- Supervise and train warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Operate and oversee material handling equipment such as forklifts, reel handlers, pallet jacks, and wire spooling or cutting equipment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of wire reels, coils, and spools.
- Coordinate order fulfillment to meet customer delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and system updates.
- Enforce all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards.
- Assist with scheduling, workload planning, and daily task assignments.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate delays or concerns to warehouse management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in industrial distribution, wire/cable, metals, or building materials.
- Forklift experience required (certification a plus).
- Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory control, and shipping processes.
- Ability to read pick tickets, work orders, and basic shipping documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous lead, supervisor, or team-lead experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Computer skills.
- Minimum 1.5 years of lead experience in distribution and logistics.
Shift
- Monday - Friday (7am - 3:30pm)
Pay
- $23 / Hour - after 3 months will go up to $25 / Hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camp Hill, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
