We believe in the power of strong brands to connect with pet parents and create meaningful experiences.The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will work out of our warehouse facility in Fort Worth Texas and report to the Director Warehousing & Logistics Operations. The key responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to:Responsible for efficiently managing outbound shipments collaborating closely with carriers and customers to resolve scheduling issues and ensure accurate dock scheduling.Provides overall support and execution of duties in a warehouse settingIdentify potential process problems and work with the management team to resolve them.Manage daily order and task production in our warehouse management systemAssist with inventory control tasks such as the creation and uploading of ASNs into the 3PL WMS systemAssist with inbound and outbound transportation including scheduling loads and maintaining customer portalsReconcile transportation and other logistical invoicesProvide support to the Vendor Compliance departmentAssist with inter-company communication and requests such as but not limited to document collection for accounting audits.Assist and execute international documentation for outbound shipmentsMaintain knowledge of Transportation/warehouse process details related to shipping such as weight loading and storage requirementsManage key metrics such as cost of delivery and on-time performanceAnalytical experience is a plus.Other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSExcellent communication skillsMust have a strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Must be willing to submit a background check and pre-employment drug screeningMust be eligible to work in the USPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1-2 years of working experience in a warehouse environmentBachelors degreeExperience working with NetSuitePrior experience working in a warehouse environmentPrior experience with transportation scheduling/Planning.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAbility to push pull carry or lift to 25 lbs.Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hoursAscend/descend a ladder or stairs dailyAbility to operate a computer and other office technologyAbility to observe details at close rangeMust be able to work in areas with exposure to loud noisesAbility to work safely in areas with hazardous equipment and materialsMust be able to relay accurate information via multiple communication vehicles including verbal and written mechanismsMust be able to work in varying hot and cold temperaturesOccasionally position self to access low spacesBENEFITS401K matchingMedicalDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityLong Term DisabilityHSA & FSAPet InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Assistant ProgramReferral ProgramAnd more!Ethos is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
