Our client, a leading organization in logistics and warehousing, is seeking a Warehouse / Logistics Helper (Forklift) to join their team. As a Warehouse / Logistics Helper (Forklift), you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Greenville, WI

Pay Range: $22.29

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm

What's the Job?

• Receiving and inspecting merchandise: Verify incoming items for quality and accuracy, weigh and count shipments, and check against purchase orders.
• Shipping and order preparation: Package, label, and move outgoing merchandise to delivery areas, ensuring items are secured for transport.
• Inventory management: Organize and store products on shelves or racks, maintain accurate records of stock, and assist with inventory control.
• Equipment operation: Utilize band strapping equipment, pallet jacks, and shrink wrapping tools to facilitate warehouse processes.
• Warehouse maintenance: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and safe, including removing trash and ensuring proper closing and security of the warehouse.

What's Needed?

• Physical stamina: Ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail: Ensure accurate handling of merchandise and proper documentation.
• Teamwork and communication: Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Basic technical skills: Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory systems, and equipment operation; forklift certification is often preferred.
• Education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
