What Youll Be DoingManage the day-to-day activities of a high-volume solar warehouseincluding receiving storing and shipping solar panels inverters and racking systems.Maintain precise inventory levels and implement tracking systems to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency.Supervise train and motivate a team of warehouse associates with clear performance goals and a strong emphasis on safety and accountability.Optimize warehouse operations by applying lean principles and best-in-class practices.Ensure all equipment and materials meet quality standards through rigorous inspections and quality control protocols.Keep the warehouse clean organized and optimized for space utilization.Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure all deliveries are timely and accurate.Monitor equipment maintenance and schedule repairs as needed.Enforce all safety procedures and lead regular safety trainings.Deliver accurate reporting on inventory operations and safety metrics to leadership.
