If you know how to rally a crew, keep operations moving, and hit every goal with grit and confidence, we want to talk.What Is Expected: 10+ years of experience leading a warehouse/distribution team. Strong shipping and receiving experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Lead and motivate warehouse teams to meet operational goals for safety, quality, and efficiency. Manage day-to-day operations across shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements in cost, accuracy, and productivity. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policy updates, and safety initiatives. Collaborate with the General Manager on administrative and operational objectives. Supervise and train staff on receiving, put-away, shipping, and inventory reconciliation processes. Ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment. Analyze root causes of errors or discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Oversee compliance with company procedures and documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
