Runwises unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today Runwises technology takes the equivalent of 100000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year.THE ROLEAs a Warehouse Procurement Specialist at Runwise you will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of departments including Field Operations Scheduling Onboarding and Logistics. You will be responsible for planning managing and purchasing goods for the field operations team and ensure that the entire organization has the resources it needs to operate effectively. You will be responsible for helping determine part needs and forecasting future needs and ensuring our supply matches demand. You will work closely with the Warehouse Inventory Lead on picking and packing tech lead support scheduling shipments cycle counts and more.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Carry materials and tools around the shop for picking packing and storagePicking and packing install and service call bags and replenishing tech lead van stockMaintain organization and cleanliness of the shop storage racksOversee procurement communication with others outside of the warehouseJoin and contribute on calls with manufacturers and vendorsUtilize tracking mechanisms to ensure the correct quantity of products are built and ready for the fieldBuild products as neededEvaluate spending mechanisms find suppliers and analyze procurement dataWho you are:Use hand toolsCarry and use ladders safelyBuild products with high-quality workmanshipWilling and able to work overtime as neededAbility to work alone and with other employeesAbility to communicate effectively and clearly with all levels at RunwiseAbility to identify and implement process improvement mechanisms and document standard workExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills high attention to detail and excellent communication skillsRequirements:2 years of inventory-related or equivalent experienceHigh School diploma or GED.Runwise is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
