Production/Laborer at NCW

General Labor 1st Shift - Tulsa, OK Pay: $17.60 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-3:30pm Overview: As a 1st shift General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and meet quality standards. You will operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment, assemble components using hand and power tools. Great attendance and a good work history is required.Key Requirements: Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in factory settings preferred.Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment on an assembly line.Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
