Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre we the road to your future?We are currently searching for an experienced Natural Gas Project Manager to support our Natural Gas Team. This position may be located in any of our Volkert offices.To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial Engineering).The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $130,000, depending upon experience.What you’ll be doing:Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of natural gas infrastructure projects Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plansManage permitting processes with local, state, and federal agenciesPrepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction proceduresEnsure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policiesInterface with stakeholders including municipalities, landowners, and regulatory bodiesSupport emergency response and on-call supervision as neededAssist in capital and operational budget planningManage vendor relationshipsMentor junior staff and contribute to training programsWhat you need to have:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial Engineering)10+ years of experience in natural gas infrastructure or civil project managementProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required based on degree of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of permitting, pipeline design, and construction techniquesProficiency in project management software and CAD toolsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as neededAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
