Warehouse SpecialistAre you passionate about supporting a ministry dedicated to the spread of the Gospel Do you have a knack for maintaining organization and ensuring the smooth flow of materials If so we have a fantastic opportunity for you!As a Warehouse Specialist at Ligonier Ministries youll play a vital role in our mission to equip Christians to articulate what they believe and why they believe it. You will be responsible for various warehouse-related tasks ensuring that our conferences and events run seamlessly.Responsibilities:Warehouse Management: Your primary responsibility is to maintain the organization cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. This involves optimizing the layout to meet departmental needs effectively.Inventory Management: Keep meticulous records of our inventory including conference supplies equipment departmental storage and non-inventory items like perishables cards brochures Tabletalk and more.Receiving and Shipping: Manage the receipt and shipment of items to and from conferences and events. This includes packing repairing and replacing items to ensure our materials arrive in top condition.Logistical Support: Assist in the setup and teardown of Ligonier conferences 3rd party conferences and Sanford events.Mail Duties Backup: Be prepared to step in and handle mail duties when the primary mail person is unavailable.Campus Support: Provide logistical support between Ligonier campuses by traveling between Lake Mary and Sanford as needed.Other Duties: Assist with various tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager.Job Qualifications:Agreement with the Ligoniers General Statement of FaithAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. or more repeatedlyWilling to travel up to 10% of the year.This position is for a non-profit Christian organization located in Central Florida. At this time we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.The pay range for this position is $16 - $18 hourly. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range and the ranges may be modified in the future.
