What Youll Do:Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping receiving inventory and labor allocation.Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with Planning Sales and Production teamsConduct fork truck safety audits and lead warehouse safety initiatives.Monitor receiving staging and storage processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Generate and verify Bills of Lading and manifests for outbound shipments including FedEx and international orders.Ensure proper handling and documentation for hazardous materials and international shipments.Resolve discrepancies with accounting on invoices packing slips and receiving reports.Manage dunnage flow sorting and inventory in line with production requirements.Oversee equipment maintenance and preventive service schedules for fork trucks and warehouse tools.Support Continuous Improvement 5S sanitation and safety initiatives.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesWe Need You To Have:High School Diploma/GED required Associates or Bachelors Degree a plus. 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse logistics shipping or inventory management.3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations safety protocols and material handling best practices.Familiar with JD Edwards AS400 or similar ERP systems.APICS certification or knowledge of forecasting and production modeling preferred.Effective communicator with strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to coach mentor and evaluate team performance.Comfortable working cross-functionally with production planning and quality teams.Who We Are: Americas largest metal food packaging producer dedicated to sustainability and innovation.
