Description: About the Role The Night Supervisor will support all night-shift production activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This position is a blend of hands-on production work and team leadership. You will assist the Primary Night Supervisor in managing the crew, directing workflow, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth communication with the day team. You will also act as the point person whenever the Primary Night Supervisor is unavailable. Key Responsibilities • Assist and support the Primary Night Supervisor in leading the night crew • Serve as second-in-command during night operations • Direct workflow and help meet nightly production goals • Work hands-on alongside the team as needed • Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards • Help onboard and train new team members • Prepare end-of-shift notes and communicate needs to the day team • Troubleshoot production, equipment, or material issues during the shift What We’re Looking For • Experience supervising or leading teams in manufacturing or warehouse settings • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to balance hands-on work with managing a team • Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment • Willingness to learn our process of manufacturing custom glass • Reliable and punctual — strong ownership mentality • Ability to lift 65–85 lbs and work safely • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 4 PM–1 AM • Long-term commitment — we are willing to train the right person Why this company: • Strong operations culture and supportive leadership • Opportunity to grow into a senior supervisory role • Hands-on environment where your work makes an immediate impact • Long-term career path with training and development We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
