Join our team and help us makeA Better Pop for a Better World!Job SummaryTheWarehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing raw material movement supplies and finished goods throughout the facility including unloading frozen food product from semis into warehouse freezers and loading frozen food from warehouse freezers into storage trailers / delivery trucks. Accurately completes necessary documentation to support all warehouse transactions duties. This position will manage a 24/7 warehouse operation so must have evening and weekend availability.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDirect daily warehouse activities including picking staging shipping and receiving operationsLead the warehouse team to move materials supplies and frozen food products through facility and to external facilities as necessarySupervise and coach warehouse team members providing training and performance feedbackProperly document work performed according to standard work instructionsMonitor inventory accuracy and product rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to prevent loss or quality issues; partner with Inventory Control team to maintain and manage all inventory (onsite/offsite)Enforce safe material handling and storage practices ensuring compliance with food and worker safety standardsDirect production support personnel as needed to follow warehouse and storage organization planCoordinate closely with production and planning teams to ensure timely material availabilityMaintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse dock and storage areas.Clean up and dispose ofscrap bracing cardboard and strapping and places in proper containers or designated areasProvide leadership and accountability around proper food safety quality regulatory and customer requirementsFood Safety ResponsibilitiesOversee proper storage conditions including:- Temperature control-Product segregation to avoid allergen cross-contact and meet other certification requirements- Hygienic practices to prevent cross-contaminationInspect and verify incoming and outgoing products for quality packaging integrity and adherence to safety requirementsEnsureaccurateinventory management including FIFO/FEFO traceability and documentation for audits or recallsCollaborate with FSQA to train warehouse staff in food safety proceduresSupervise warehouse staff to ensure they follow GMPsMonitorwarehouse spaces and promptly report issues to relevant team leaders including FSQA Maintenance & Supply ChainParticipatein CAPA investigations as neededAdhere to systemwide GMPs as expected of all JP personnelWork Environment:Primarily on-site within a food manufacturing facility.May require occasional travel for external training or meetings.Ability to work in environments that may include exposure to noise machinery and temperature variations.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentPhysical demands andworkenvironment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
