Job Description
Moore Digital Print and Mail Center Tulsa is looking for warehouse supervisor to oversee warehouse staff. Job Summary:The role of a Warehouse Supervisor is to assist in coordinating all daily warehousing activities. This position will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager with training assigning scheduling and communicating job expectations.Supervisory Responsibilities:Oversee warehouse associates.Duties/Responsibilities:Provide leadership knowledge and skills to clerksMonitor inventory as directed by managementResearch and reconcile inventory discrepanciesComplete direct physical inventory cycle counts random or received audits and reconciliations Document and report damaged productProactively alert manager to any potential issues that would negatively impede inventory controlTrain clerks proper time-keeping responsibilities demonstrate understanding of Monarch systemMaintain accurate timekeeping by correctly clocking in and outAssure that department is a clean and safe working environmentActively participate in the continuous improvement process for quality control productivity and operating proceduresMonitors expenditures: implements corrective actions if needed.Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.Resolves routine equipment issues.Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory. All other duties as assignedPerform other duties as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities: Must be able to consistently lift 50lbsRegularly required to stand bend reach and move about the facility Must be able to pass motorized equipment certification test and use motorized equipment daily in a safe manner.Computer literacy is an essential function of this positionMust be detail oriented Leadership skills and decision-making ability Create a motivating work environment by working as a team People skills to include:Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong supervisory and leadership skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredAt least six months of experience in distribution/warehouse or manufacturing preferredPhysical Requirements: Must be able to consistently lift 50lbsRegularly required to stand bend reach and move about the facility Must be able to pass motorized equipment certification test and operate motorized equipment on a daily basis in a safe manner Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation.For more information and details email Christy You can also apply online at Moore is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
