Warehouse Supervisor at PCS Technical Services

TempToFTWarehouse SupervisorRate: $20-21/hrHours: 7:30am-4pm (volunteer OT)Cincinnati OHC-DResponsibilities:- Work with shipping leads to ensure on-time and accurate shipments of outgoing orders.- Work with receiving team on inbounddeliveries.- Coordinate traffic/freight of shipments so deliveries are made on-time.- Check and verify shipment order report to ensure orders ship on-time.- Communicate with management team in advance of any exceptions on shipments allowing customer service time to notify client.- Ensure allexportsleave with proper documentation seals areusedand pictures are taken for documentation.- Coordinate with shipping leads to ensure daily shipments are ready to ship and have proper documentation for each shipment.- Work with receiving to ensure accurate receipts of all inbound deliveries.- Check status of inbound containers weekly and report and delays.- Input receipts into BC for inbound containers and send any corresponding emails for verification of receipts.- Assist withputtingaway and make sure inventory gets moved into proper locations.Requirements:- 1-3 years of supervisionexperience preferred- Experience in managing logistics tracking inventory control and customer orders domestic and export is preferred- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications- Calm organized patient diplomatic and confident demeanor in working with coworkers and customers- Comfort in relating to all levels of management and diversity of personalitiesIf you possess the skills we are looking for and ready to make a positive impact apply NOW!
