**Job Summary:**Humano is currently seeking Warehouse Unloaders/General Laborers for their location in Southaven Mississippi. This position involves tasks such as offloading containers to pallets handling products like vacuums and hair dryers and being able to lift weights ranging from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. consistently. The starting base pay for this position is $18 per hour with additional incentive pay based on performance.**Responsibilities:**- Offload containers to pallets- Handle products weighing between 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.- Work on 1st Shift from Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm (or until work is completed)- Participate in possible overtime during peak seasons- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment- Receive load palletize and perform general warehouse duties as needed- Participate in company referral program and receive bonuses for successful referrals**Qualifications:**- Ability to lift weights ranging from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. repeatedly for extended periods- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment- Entry-level position training will be provided- Candidates must reside in the state of Mississippi**Benefits:**Humano offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision 401k and paid time off.
