Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician to provide support and interventions for students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, implementing behavior plans, and collaborating with educational teams to foster positive outcomes for students. Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students during the school day.Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Collect data on student progress and adjust strategies as needed.Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school staff to promote positive learning environments.Support social-emotional skill development and crisis intervention when necessary.Maintain documentation and prepare progress notes in compliance with school and program requirements.Attend IEP/504 meetings and contribute professional input regarding student needs.Qualifications:Certification as a Behavioral Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), BCaBA, or equivalent state-recognized credential.Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings.Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.These roles are available on a full-time, part-time, or per-diem basis.
