JOB DESCRIPTION
Warehouse Worker
We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Worker/Helper to support our construction operations. This role involves assisting the Warehouse Manager in managing inventory, organizing materials, and running parts as needed. The warehouse currently shares space with our shop, with a new dedicated warehouse expected to be completed by the end of the year. Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing construction materials, tools, and parts.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Support purchasing and restocking of parts and supplies as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
- Prepare and stage materials for job sites and internal teams.
- Assist with deliveries and parts runs to job sites.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Work closely with the shop team to coordinate shared space usage.
- Support the transition to the new warehouse facility later this year.
Essential Skills
- Experience in warehouse, construction, or general labor preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus (training available).
- Experience in inventory management, data entry, purchasing, and parts ordering.
- Computer skills including email and inventory management software.
- Experience in material handling, shipping, and operating heavy equipment.

Work Environment
Most of the work day will be spent in the warehouse. The work schedule is typically Monday-Friday, with an early out on Friday, offering a balanced work-life schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
