Warehouse Worker

Join a dynamic contract manufacturing shop that serves a large number of local customers. We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker to efficiently deliver products to clients using a company Ford Truck. The role requires excellent customer service skills as you will interact directly with customers during deliveries. Additionally, you will be responsible for loading and unloading the truck, ensuring timely deliveries, and potentially assisting in the shipping and warehouse department with inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company Ford Truck to deliver products to customers within a 30-mile radius.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
• Load and unload your own truck, handling up to 50 lbs.
• Use maps to create efficient delivery routes and maintain delivery schedules.
• Assist in the shipping and warehouse department with inventory tracking and management.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in forklift operation.
• Experience in material handling.
• General labor skills.
• Ability to load and unload materials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school education.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
