Job Description

We are seeking part-time Fulfillment Specialists to join our team in Northlake, Texas. You will work in a micro-fulfillment environment within a climate-controlled facility, ensuring the smooth processing and shipping of orders for our Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers.
• Track all inbound and outbound items using RF scanning to maintain inventory accountability.
• Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the Fulfillment Center are orderly and free of debris.
• Adhere to quality standards as set by management.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packing, inventory management, picking, and packaging.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and material handling.
• Attention to detail and the ability to read and write in English.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capability to perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.

This is a Contract position based out of Northlake, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
