Packer / Packaging Associate

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Packers and Packaging Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for folding and packing finished products and placing folded products into packaging. The position requires standing for the entire shift. The typical schedule is 6AM-2:30PM for 1st shift and 3PM-11:30PM for 2nd shift. Responsibilities

• Fold and pack finished products accurately.
• Place folded products into appropriate packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain company production level

Essential Skills

• Experience with packing, production, and folding is desirable.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail

Work Environment

This position is within a Manufacturing Medical Environment, experiencing significant growth with 800 employees at our St Charles location. The production floor comprises 75% industrial sewing machines, and the environment is a clean GMP setting. While not climate-controlled, fans are provided for comfort during the summer months. Hair nets and beard nets are required as part of our standards. We are proud of our diverse workforce, with over 5-6 languages spoken, and encourage candidates who are proficient with translation technology. Voluntary Saturday shifts are also an option once certain performance rates are met.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
